The identity built for Akutins moved away from the heavy technical language of construction towards the prestige tone a home buyer expects. Gold typography on black is an uncommon combination in the category, and the descriptor line set an experience promise rather than a technical one.

The six-piece set covered business cards, box and packaging, billboard and street furniture visuals. Outdoor artwork was designed on dark grounds with night use in mind, so no contrast was lost across city media.
