What exactly does Avenra do?
Avenra is a strategy and technology company that brings brand strategy, corporate AI, leadership and human development, digital production and 3D experiences together in a single transformation system. We define the problem, set the strategy, prepare the technology and the people, build the solution and measure the results.
Is Avenra an agency or a consultancy?
Neither. Consultancies set the decision and leave a report; agencies execute. Avenra sets the decision, designs the system, does the production, equips the teams and measures the result. The same team is present across all six steps.
What happened to Marka Studio, BrandMind, Gelecek Tasarımı and 3D Modelling?
All of them continue as expertise practices under Avenra. Marka Studio became the creative and brand unit, BrandMind the strategy and advisory practice, Gelecek Tasarımı the People and Future unit, and 3D Modelling and Animation the Digital and 3D studio.
Where should we start?
With a short discovery call in which you describe your need. By the end we clarify together which solution area your problem falls into and what the first step should be.
What size of organisation do you work with?
From 50-person fast-growing technology companies to 2,000-person industrial groups, and from municipalities to agencies. What matters is not scale but whether the organisation can name a decision owner.
How is the work priced?
Scope-based. Diagnosis, strategy, system design, delivery and adoption layers can be bought separately or together. The proposal always follows the diagnosis session.
When do you send a proposal?
Always after diagnosis. The diagnosis output is the document that defines scope and price; in the first call we discuss scope and a possible roadmap.
How long does a programme take?
Diagnosis 2–5 weeks, strategy and system design 4–8 weeks, delivery and adoption 3–9 months depending on scope. Measurement is a continuous loop.
Will you work with our existing agency or vendor?
Yes. Avenra is usually the party that aligns existing vendors around a shared strategy and measurement framework rather than replacing them.
Do you work white-label?
We offer white-label production partnership for agencies and consultancies. Communication with the end client can stay entirely with you.
Where should AI transformation start?
Not with model selection but with a decision inventory. List the decisions that repeat often, take time and are costly to get wrong, and pick your first pilot from those.
How do you handle data privacy?
In use case design we evaluate data minimisation, anonymisation and local processing from the outset, and put the decision and its rationale in writing.
Is the first call paid?
No. The first discovery call is free and typically lasts 30–45 minutes.
Can you work remotely?
Yes. Diagnosis calls and most sessions can run online. For workshops and field work we recommend meeting in person.
