Brand Transformation
If your brand no longer describes what you are but what you once thought you were, it is time. We move from positioning through to rollout in a single programme.
What are
we solving?
The company has grown, the portfolio has widened, the audience has changed — and the brand is still telling the first-day story. Sales builds a different narrative in every meeting, marketing restarts with every campaign, and the price conversation opens in the first ten minutes. This is not a design problem but a positioning problem, and a new logo will not solve it.
Brand transformation runs in three layers. The decision layer sets positioning and the promise–proof architecture; the system layer produces the message hierarchy, brand architecture and identity system; the delivery layer embeds those into the daily work of sales, marketing, HR and product. Skip the third layer and brand work erodes within six months.
During diagnosis we run internal and customer interviews together. The gap between internal perception and customer perception is often the most valuable finding of the project and sets the direction of the positioning decision. Competitor and search analysis then confirms or refutes it.
02 · Who it is for
- Mid and large companies whose growth has outrun their positioning
- Organisations whose brand architecture has become tangled after a merger, acquisition or restructuring
- B2B brands squeezed into price competition with a blurred axis of difference
- Organisations entering a new market or a new customer segment
The logic of
the approach.
We build the programme in three layers. First the decision layer: which problem, for whom, with what promise. Then the system layer: message architecture, brand architecture and identity system. Finally the delivery layer: making sure sales, marketing, HR and product teams can use the system in their daily work. When the third layer is skipped, brand work erodes within six months — which is why training and rollout sit inside the programme, not outside it.

Who is
on the project?
The team is formed after diagnosis and written into the proposal by role.
Team ↗An industrial group was selling to the same buying committee through three separate brands and competing with itself at proposal stage. A brand architecture decision moved it to one master brand with two expertise sub-brands, and a single message architecture was built for the sales team. Within two quarters proposal preparation time fell and overlapping proposals to the same customer disappeared.
