Bureau Residence

The identity designed for Bureau Residence follows a minimal, architectural approach rather than the ornate classical language common in residential projects. The rising line inside the logotype carries both a building and a signature association; the black-and-white contrast keeps application inexpensive across every medium from the sales office to digital advertising.

The seven-piece set covered the identity set, business cards, window and door graphics and letterhead. Because single-colour application was defined as the primary usage, no additional design was needed for production techniques such as engraving, foil and etching.
