Case details
- Client: Multi-branch retail chain
- Category: Learning and Organisation
- Teams involved: People and Future, Creative Production
- Linked solution: Corporate Learning Academy
Where did
we begin?
New store managers experienced different onboarding in every branch. Time to full productivity was unpredictable and the gap between stores was widening.
A role-family capability analysis clarified which behaviours define the critical first 90 days. Adoption, not training, was placed at the centre.
What did we make?
A role-based curriculum, a 24-person internal trainer group, first-90-day field assignments, manager checkpoints and a badge system were built.
What changed?
Time to full productivity fell, variance between stores narrowed, and training capacity became permanent inside the organisation.
