AI Training

Role-based AI training equips every level, from executive to specialist, with capability they can apply to their own work.

The most common mistake in AI training is giving everyone the same content. A field engineer and a finance specialist, an executive and a content editor do not need the same capability. So we split the curriculum by role family and choose three to five critical capabilities for each.

The executive programme is awareness and decision oriented: what AI can and cannot do, which decisions belong to the machine and which to people, and how to manage the risk. Specialist programmes are applied; participants work on assignments brought from their own real work. Safe usage training is aligned one to one with the organisation's governance framework.

Training makes up a third of the total programme. The rest is field assignments, peer learning and manager checkpoints. Measurement uses usage frequency, output quality and hours saved rather than satisfaction surveys; certification is an optional additional layer.

System design

We connect the strategy to roles, workflows, tools and decision points.

Delivery

We turn brand, technology, content and experience into real outputs.

Training and adoption

We equip the teams who will run the system and support them until it becomes habit.

Frequently asked questions

How long does ai training work take?
It depends on scope. For ai training, diagnosis of 1–3 weeks, main work of 4–10 weeks and rollout of 2–4 weeks are typical ranges. Organisation size, the number of people in the decision process and current data maturity set those ranges; exact timing is put in writing after the diagnosis session.
Can we buy ai training on its own?
Yes. During diagnosis we check together whether your problem really sits in ai training; often a combination of two services produces a better result, and we say so openly at the proposal stage.
How is ai training priced?
Scope-based. For ai training the deliverables, duration and the team involved are written item by item into the proposal, so no surprise line appears later. If budget is tight, the scope can be split into layers and continued once the first layer shows a result.
Can our own team run ai training delivery?
It can. On many projects we build the ai training decision and system layers while the in-house team continues day-to-day delivery. The guide, templates and training needed for handover are included.
